Check the archives, but here's the basics-
You'll need a good set of torx drivers and a thin screwdriver. And wash your hands - don't want to get the door panels dirty.

You'll remove the little light at the back rear of the door. There are two rubber plugs in the grab handle - pop them out and the screws behind. There are two plastic caps on screws at the front and back of the map pocket.
The trick is to remove the plate for the mirror controls. Behind it are some screws that allow you to remove the plastic cover around the door release. There have been a few posts on this. What I do is GENTLY pry out the back of the oval cover for the mirror control - NOT MUCH - just an eight of an inch or so - just enough to pass a thin screwdriver in - horizontally and pointing towards the front of the car. There is a release latch right about at the little rubber mirror button. This will release the plate. I have read (but not tried yet) popping off the rearmost control button, and reaching behind it with a thin screwdriver to release the panel. Remove the switch controls from the wiring connector.

Once all the screws are out, pop out the bottom edge of the door (snap fasteners). Then lift the door up and out.
