CS equals LPT (low pressure turbo). The LPT setup runs .4 bar of boost and thus makes 170hp. CSE equals FPT (full pressure turbo). The FPT setup runs .8 bar (or 1 bar - I'm doing this from memory so I may not have that right) and thus makes 200hp. Other than a minor bit of sensor/wiring, instrutmentation and ECU differences, the motors, turbos and plumbing are the same. You can look at the archives on what is specifically needed for the conversion, but it is relatively easy especially if you can find the bits at the junk yard.
Now there has been another discussion going on where a Dawes manual boost control can be added to an LPT to get the same or better results for a mere $35 USD. I myself am waiting to see the results of that one as the price and potential results are right with even less effort.
