I took this photo of the inside of my cylinder head recently while changing the coolant and thermostat. I didn't think to photograph the thermostat, but you could almost see your face in it. The engine has done about 90K miles. I have no leaks.
Can anyone suggest why I need to add anything to the distilled water/top-quality coolant mix I refilled it with?
