I just did mine today. I upgraded to a 100w 12v hella 'super white' bulb. I think 45w are stock. The job was a minor hindrance. First, the screws that hold your panel underneath might be stripped. You know all five of mine were (of course). I just popped the screws out (while swearing frequently) with a screw driver and replaced them with a nut in the back instead of the stupid thread they come with. You really only need three, so, I had to rip the panel off on one I couldn't get with the screw driver, wasn't a big deal.
The bulb was a little tricky to get out, Back of light unclicks, undo wire NOT screwed to light (neg.), undo clamp (pinch clamp), fish out light - I needed a long pair of needle nose to fish it out, took about 2 min. I changed both in 10 min. because of the upgrade in wattage. Total cost = $33. (regular 100 w hella are $4.50 per bulb). You'll need a 'H3' bulb, have fun, I did.
