is your taillight on the same side working? (It shares the same fuse, number 30 left, 29 right). check for 12 volts to the light on the blue(left) or green(right) wire, to the black wire, ground. Its probably not the ground as the turn filament uses the same black wire, but stranger things have happened. Does the turn signal work at the same intensity with the parking lights on/off? if not it points to the ground as the turn signal would be able to ground through the park circuit when its off. If its the same and your missing your 12 volts, which sounds likely, the problem could be where the 2 blue wires are spliced togeather on their way to the fuse, or at the fuse. The location of the splice is not listed in the manual, I'd guess its close to the light. All the park/turn lights ground at number 7 on the fender by the battery.
