They aren't that bad. I recently replaced the two lower mounts and both upper bushings. It took me a good half a day to do it all it you just count the time I was working. There are some very good write ups on quasi's site and townsends site. I recomend doing the the front mount modification it's really simple and seems to work just fine. You can get the hydrolic mounts for $40 us at http://eeuroparts.com/cgi-bin/merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=E&Category_Code=SAAB. Do a search for motor mounts on the bb for more hints and ideas. If you should choose to go with solid or urethane try going with a mix of stock and upgrade to keeps vibrations down. A good way to go is one of the upper bushings urethane and the other stock. This is working very well for me. My car feels like a very new car right now it is much more solid through acceleration and turns. It is a very worth wile repair to do. Warning once you do this it'll make you wanna do your other bushings in poly to increase handeling.
