I would do what he said it worked fine for me. I used a hack saw though. If you get one of the split poly bushing for that mount install is a peice of cake they just slid in. As for stock you need to press those back in. I heard from some people that freezing the bushing over night and heating the bracket with a propaine tourch with cause enough expansion and contraction that it'll slid in but I never tried
