Well I removed the cabin air sensor to clean and lube it. It was quite noisy but thanks to the B/B it sounds great now. So it does suck air in and is extemely clean but I still have no control over heat.
One thing I found (after removing glove box) was the rod conroling the mixing of air is not acting right. I can watch it shut for all heat when I put heat on HI but open all the way (for cool air) when switched to 82 degrees.
So I held the rod from opening all the way so it was almost completely shut (all Heat). When adjusting temp after that I can see it make slight changes in mixing but any time I go to HI and back down to 82 degrees it opens wide again!
Question is does this sound like the cabin temp sensor or a confused mixer???
