Adjusting brake pedal so I can brake while blipping thr

I would like to adjust my brake pedal so I can blip the throttle while I am braking. I enjoy double-clutching, but I often need to use the brake at the same time. My brake slow the car down when I push in the brake pedal only a little bit. I want the brakes to start working when I push the pedal down a little further that normal.
Can anyone help me with this one?
I have an 89 9KT.
Thanks.
