I passed on one in great condition about three years ago and have been kicking myself ever since...sure its a bit more work but these are the lightest 99's around and will be faster than a three peckered owl with around 250hp, which would be easy to get in a 16v turbo. I was planning to keep the exterior stock looking with 88+ hubs and steel poverty wheels.
