If you had a 1975 or later 99, the whole thing is simply a bolt-up. In theory, you can swap components without a problem.
But the -1974 rears are different. How much different, I can't say, having never owned a 99 earlier than MY1976.
As for the spring perches, I'm assuming you mean the body side. They generally rest right against the body, with maybe a rubber bumper. If that's rusting out, you might be able to have a shop replace that area with something from a 900 hatch. I'm sure once upon a time, they were available easily from Sweden, but probably not so much 39 years on...
