If any of them are illegible or you want me to mail you the full res shot of any of the pages let me know (they are big, like 1.5mb each though).

You can also download the nearly full res photos from Picasa.

Right click the image --> 'Copy Image Location' --> paste to a new window/tab --> EDIT THE IMAGE URL by removing the 's512' letters and make only one bracket there, this will link you to the full res photo location (the 'S' designator re-sizes the image to 768x512 resolution)
