Welcome to the board! There is recent thread with some pictures of a 16V install in a 99, so there's a start for you. The 5-speed trans should fit, you just have to change the front cover over to the 99 cover so you can use the 99 front mount. You will want to find a '78 or later front mount as it was strengthened compared to the '77 and earlier mounts. I can't comment on the 2 main mounts, it seems like people have made it work with both 99 and 900 mounts. Otherwise, the major challenge is wiring and controls which will take a lot of cutting and splicing to make everything work. You may want to stick with 99 manual steering, I am pretty sure you can't use the 900 steering rack, and the 99 power rack was not the finest set-up.
