Saabers,
May be a stupid question, yet here is goes.
When I measure the voltage on the battery, I get 12.32 volts: however when I turn on the ignition, and measure the terminals in the fuse box as well as the terminal at the ignition, I get 11.24.
Before I turn the key to the "ignition position" voltage is 12.32 at the ignition, yet when I turn the ignition to the "run" position: again 11.24.
Any help...apprecition- thanks
