Paul,
Sounds like a great project, not very many early 99s left! My sort of default advice on old hydraulics is to send the whole thing to White Post Restorations in Virginia. They will resleeve it and get it back to you within a couple of weeks with a lifetime warranty and new rubber parts, so you are not in the situation of relying on 40 year old "New" rubber parts. They charged me $200 for a 99 brake master cylinder with two circuits and two pistons, so I would think that the clutch slave would be cheaper. If you call them they can tell you. If you want to go really crazy, you can get them to do the master cylinder at the same time and then you won't have to worry about it for 20 years.
Good Luck!
Gary
