Hey Justin,
A couple of things come to mind. I agree with Jimmy, gotta check the line pressure and control pressure and make sure they are within spec. Ironically, high control pressure will cause the engine to run lean. Two specific things to check:
1) Make sure the Lambda system is working (solenoid buzzing whenever the engine is running). My recollection is that if it's not working the engine will idle OK but be very lean when you try to drive it.
2) Check for any restriction in the fuel return line from the fuel distributor to the tank. If that line is clogged then the line pressure and control pressure will both be too high and you will run lean.
