There's only two sources of the grease - the outer CV joints or the hub. There are grease seals and serviceable bearing in the hubs. The inner and outer bearings are the same - Saab part number 89 09 376, and they appear to be readily available. The parts book lists the inner and outer seals as having different part numbers, but I don't remember them being different, but it's been over 10 years since I redid mine. Inner seal is 89 09 301 and the outer seal is 89 05 309. Google wasn't a big help finding those part numbers except for a Rock Auto and they only list one part number as being used inner and outer. I have three used seals on the desk in front of me and one has a part number on it of BAK 48-68-10 and the other is Stefa 48x68x10, so they appear to be the same size. If you google 48x68x10 seal you'll find what you're looking for or buy them from Rock Auto.
One word of advice. Use an air hammer with pointy tool to push the outer CV joint out of the hub bearings. Do NOT hammer on the threads where the castle nut screws on.
