Boy that's a tall order. Saab only used a lot of those interior parts in 69 and 70 and there can't be but a few of those still in existence. I've been into 99's since 1985 and I can say I've only seen one 69-70 99 in person once in my life - the '70 that was restored for the GM Heritage Collection. It's either now owned by Bill Jacobson at Sports Car Service in Delaware or by Tom Donney at the Saab museum in Sturgis.
I have boxes and boxes of early parts I bought from a hoarder in Cleveland many years ago, but having looked through most of the stuff over the past 15 years, I can't say there was much, if any 69-70 parts in there.
One post down is the link to the 69-73 parts catalog, so a good starting point could be for you to look through those pages to get the diagrams of what parts were used in those two years. The A pillar trim is shown as being held in by rubber plugs, which is different than what was used from 71-80. Perhaps sourcing generic type parts used by other auto manufacturers is an option, but knowing what the original part looks like is sort of important.
