Thank you for the suggestion of the grease gun. I have a hydraulic pump, similar to an Enerpac, and was thinking of using it for hydraulic pressure.
I have run across a set of used calipers, but the pistons are different. There is a raised section in the middle of the caliper where it would put force against the brake pad. What is the reasoning behind these? Were they for a newer model year?
The pistons I have on order are similar to the ones in my original calipers.
