I made replacements myself from Cohline 6mm outer diameter black bought from the UK. I built a special tool which you will need. Doing it again, I would purchase the special tool from unobtainiumsupply. My tool was really brutal to use. Some have made the special tool from hardwood.

I very, very carefully bent the tubing into the factory shapes sparingly using a heat gun. They are the factory size, length, and shape but black not clear. You can reuse your original fittings, but that would mean destroying any remaining good hoses. I chose to buy new fittings and keep my old hoses.
