I have used the EPW for over a year now, and it takes no longer to warm up than any other car I own- I left the thermostat in, and drilled a hole in it (I cant remember what size right now) as per the directions. I am not using the controller, just running the pump straight. In winter the needle on the temp gauge rarely rises above the "N", but in summer under full boost up a really long hill, I can get it one needle's width above the "N" on the gauge. Never anywhere near overheating. The heater works better than the standard waterpump cooled 99s I have been in. It is all in the plumbing. I use a restrictor in the line that ties the heater core input and output. Somewhat complicated, but you can e-mail me off list for the full details of my setup. There are a lot of skeptical people when it comes to this system, but those people are the only ones who have never tried it. And eventually it will come down to no other choice. It is very effective. I ran it on the track last summer for a full day in 90 degree weather, and I didnt even open the heater core. It just was not necessary. E-mail me off list.
