I have read that if you remove both drivers at the same time the differential ring gear will drop, causing re-installation to be a b*tch. If you do remove them both it might help re-assembly if you remove the rear tranny cover so you can position the ring gear when re-installing the drivers. Are 99's that susceptible to worn drivers like the C-900's? Are you experiencing vibrations on acceleration? I guess while it's all apart it'd be a good idea to inspect everything.
