Well, I have heard that some places will re-leather a wheel, but it is quite pricey. More than the cost of a new wheel. I did find new Moto-litas online. Just do a google search. Not cheap though. +$200. Refinishing the one you have might cost about the same.
The hub is the only thing different between each wheel. Use a puller or even a slide hammer after taking the center nut off, and it will slide right off the splines. The turbo/original style wheel is rivited to it's hub. Just slide it back on. Be sure to mark the location of the old wheel so you can center the new one on the splines.
