Sorry I don't have the parts, but if you can't come up with any you might want to try to search for a generic seal that will fit. I'm pretty sure you could find one, it might just take a bunch of searching.
You'd probably have to remove the seal from your rack, or from another rack. Then you need to measure the shaft diameter, the hole diameter where the seal sits, and the depth/width of the seal. Keep in mind that the seal may or may not be a metric size. (IIRC the shaft size on the manual rack is 9/16" or 14mm - both are pretty close). Once you have the the seal measured, take note of the seal style (the way the sealing surfaces are shaped, if there is a spring around the shaft, etc.). If you're really lucky you might be able to find one from McMaster-Carr (http://www.mcmaster.com), search for "seal" and look at the different kinds of seals they have. If not, you may have to go looking for a local place that stocks seals or at least carries catalogs of seal manufacturers and can look up the seal you need. You can also go to http://www.thomasregister.com and search for seal manufacturers. You'll find a lot of places that will custom make seals to your specs (big $$) but you will also find some places that have their catalogs online that include their generic seals. You might try http://www.sealscience.com, they have a pretty extensive .pdf catalog you can download.
Good luck! If you find a seal that fits, share the info here!
