Thanks for the suggestions. First thing I did this morning was check the warm up regulator, resistans checked within the book speck and had power to the warm up regulator. I removed the regulator and inspected disassembled, the regulator looks to be in great shape, very clean. We had drained the fuel tank and cleaned the small bit of debry that had been in the tank and then ran the car for awhile before replacing the fuel filter again. The return line is returning fuel, it began two leak last weekend and check the operation of that check valve. I am unsure of whether the 150psi is the correct pressure that was the pressure being delivered to the fuel distributer.
My dad and I decided that it was time to take a look at the fuel distributer, the car had sat for a significant amout of time, 1.5 years since I've gotten the car and over 4 years from the guy I had gotten the car from. We disassembled the fuel distributer and found a signigicant build up of rust in the upper half. We cleaned the rust and varnish build up off, cleaned the openings that fuel flows through and changed the springs that were rusty. We put the fuel distributer back in and checked. The car seems to be running quite a bit better and will accelrate. Going to do some more fine tuning and have new exhuast installed, so hopefully it will I be able to start driving it soon.
Thanks agian for the suggestions.
