I got my Jackson Racing/Aquamist race pump water injection set up today. Initial tests gave me a fairly smooth 10~12 psi of boost with only minimal predet. I had the pressure switch set to about 7 or 8 psi, and I have now dialed that down. Hopefully I can get it to engage at 5psi. I am going to try a bigger nozzle too. I put a .5mm in to start with, but I think I might step up to a .7mm if the earlier switch doesnt eliminate predet. This system is really great. I have had a 900 intercooler in for a while, but I have determined it does very, very little. With the high beam can removed from the drivers side, the i/c will cool a bit a freeway speeds; once it heat soaks you are done. I am not too fond of predet, but I am fond of my boost, so I am pretty excited about this set up. Now if I can just get my damn e-brakes to work. I rebuilt a caliper recently, and havent had e-brakes since- I suppose the driver's side was never working, but The cable pull is adjusted to the stops of the calipers themselves, so I know the problem is internal... Should I just turn the main piston down again and let them re-adjust themselves? Anyway, here is the whole list of mods on my poor old 99.

Craig
Seattle, WA

Jackson Racing/Aquamist water injection with the "race" pump (100 psi)
Lightened flywheel (-5 lbs)
Jacobs Electronic ignition
ported head
Ansa High performance exhaust
900 Intercooler
hot cam out of early 99
APEXI'i BOV soon to be welded up to a mandrel bent i/c-throttle pipe
aluminum minilite/shelby style rims shod with 195-55-R15 Kumho Ecstas 712's
TME Sweden sport springs (lowers ~1" front and rear)
Rear addeco swaybar, urethane bushings
rebuilt tranny with all gears shot-peened
Rally style box welded control arms
Bilstein shocks in front, adjustable Konis in back
new bushings throughout front end
relocated battery to the trunk
Complete rebuild 4000 miles (four months) ago.

Interior:
Sparco Torino racing seats in Black
Schroth four point harnesses
momo/saab sport and rally steering wheel
Autometer Ultra-Lite guages: A/F, oil press, boost. Mounted in din slot, angled to driver
Saab 90 full length center console (three din slots, two cubbies)
custom aluminum dash trim
Clarion cd player
Electric locks are in the works. Contemplating a roll cage, but I still want to put the back seat down. Maybe a b-pillar harness bar will tide me over.

Exterior:
Lousy burgundy paint, polished to within an inch of it's life. Awaiting body work, and paint.
Airflow kit front airdam
new wheel arch trim
again, lousy paint. A great fifteen footer.

I *think* that is all...
