Ok, I found out why my car was having a hard time shifting into 5th and reverse. When doing some troubleshooting on the alternator, I noticed the driver's side engine mount was real bad. I had some hockey puck lying around and thought I'd give that solution a try. after losing a window handle and other peripherals, I decided that though it was nice to have little to no engine movement, having my fillings falling out due to the excessive vibrations wasn't worth it. (I'm sure I did something wrong but all the same...)

Anyway, I tried the BMW mount that was mentioned a few months back (check the posts) and followed the link Brently provided. He mentioned a price of 15 and change. When I checked it, they were 9.75 plus shipping (about 9 for the two. They are a perfect fit. The notch that keeps them from spinning is longer than the Saab equivalent but they fit perfect. They are the same height and come with washers and nuts. Great deal IMO. They are mounts for a BMW 325is coupe. I dont' know if they are found on other BMWs. Hope this helps someone who might be looking. For the price, if you have your engine out, I'd pick up a pair.
