Taiden, Try this...Get a rubber mallet. Try hitting one side of the wheel towards the dash as you hold the other. Not that hard, go easy(it doesn't take much like Doug said) Another method is to slip a length of a piece of wood or dowel through the wheel to pry and pop it free. Again, use your other hand against the other side of the wheel or you may need to run to the dentist. I would suggest a downwards leverage method as apposed to pulling it towards you. You will only loosen the calapsable steering collum bushings...another 99 issue and quirk. Avoid any more PB buster or you will be very familiar with this issue. Any lube in this area is a definate no no.
