There was a series of running change in early 78MY where, in an effort to cure high speed vibration, SAAB began using a conical washer under the axle nut to center the new Inca wheels. This led to a new hub with a flange for the wheel to center on. All hubs and wheels after that are hub-centric. All Incas are hub-centric and late 78> Soccerballs, which were used on 99's and 900s in the US through 1980. I've had all three hub types on 78's.
