I don't know about the yellow wire as I don't have original wiring on my car, and I don't have my manual here with me, but I know blue will ALWAYS go to the negative side of the coil. Green and white striped will almost always be present on the positive side as Green/white is generally the switched power lines. (switched as in they receive power once the key switches the ignition to the run position.
Yeah, check that stuff out.
