Alignment Spec Suggestions

I got my 99 back on the road yesterday, after changing the clutch and swapping in an EMS rack. Thanks everyone for the help.
I need to get a wheel alignment, since I changed the steering rack. It's a 1980 99 non-turbo, with 185-65R15 tires and MSS lowered front springs (I think it's about 1 inch lower than stock). The car is absolutely awful in snow. It's got the exact same wheels as an earlier 99 I had (which rusted out) that was great in snow, so I'm thinking the problem with this car is the alignment.
I don't want to get too aggressive with the alignment, since it's my daily driver and I want wet/snow traction as well as dry traction. Here's what I'm thinking:
Toe-in: 0.03 (or as little as they can give me)
Camber: -0.50
Caster: 2.50
What do all of you think? Should I put in less negative camber, say -0.25? Should the caster come down to 2.25?
Thanks in advance
