If you don't have vacuum port on side of the WUR, then you don't have enrichment. US CIS never had enrichment, but I'm not sure where you are. I dynoed my 99T a couple of weeks ago at 140 hp/180 torque. I got the boost at 15 psi, with open cat, and 50% methanol inject, no intercooler, and a '76 metering plate. Otherwise stock. The A/F was 14.7 til the boost hit, then dropped nicely to 11.2. But by 4000 rpm i was all the way up to 15. Clearly the enrichment is needed. I had knock detected by their equipment at 3800 rpm, so clearly I need to get the APC working at work with the timing. But I have a suspicion with 7.2:1 pistons, getting the a/f down would compensate. The British enrichment used the WUR ending in 070, so if you can get one that'll retain the warm up curve. Otherwise an Audi or Mercedes WUR one will work with a bad cold a/f. You'll need to hook intake vacuum up to a bottle and actuate the WUR with a switch from the bottle. This is what I still need to get working.
