Vacuum Hoses and Stuck Horn

The vacuum lines from the aux air valve and also the valve cover are getting kind of dried out, so I'd like to replace them. I'm having trouble finding replacements, though. I was going to just get standard by-the-foot hose, but a couple of the ones I need have sharp bends in them (especially to the top of the aux air valve). Can anyone recommend a supplier or some way to rig a new line (I'm thinking of trying to find plastic angle connectors and using two hoses to make the bend).
Also, I just tried to install a nice 3-spoke EMS steering wheel. It installed fine, but the horn switch is stuck on. Needless to say, this would get old pretty quickly. I was going to see if I can repair it, but it looks kind of difficult to get out of the center pad without breaking things. Does anyone have any tips for this? I'm also thinking of trying to find a couple of small switches and mounting them to the spokes, and wiring the horn to them. I prefer horn switches on the spokes, but I think if I do this, it won't look too good.
TIA
