'75 has different rear calipers than any other year 99. The '76 and later ones can be swapped in. Most parts will interchange between '75 and '80.
I've got a '75 4-dr that has been sitting in need of a transmission transplant, and I took the fairly new head off the engine when I needed one on my '78 2-dr. I have an engine and transmission out of a '77 3-dr to put into it, but just haven't taken the time.
I've got to get to work this weekend and get the front end on my '78 rebuilt. Needs both front wheel bearings and I've got new rotors & pads, and a rebuilt right-side caliper. I did the rear calipers a couple years ago. Also have a front wheel bearing to put into a hub for a friend's one-owner '72 96 and a rebuilt brake master to install in his '69 Sonett V-4.
'79 900 is going to get a good used front wheel bearing, too. BaabD gave me several 99 hubs when he moved.
