what ignition timing should I have?

I have a 1974 Saab 99L cc automatic from Sweden with 95 BHP 2 Liter engine. I have removed the old Delco ignition and fitted an electronic ignition from a Saab 99 turbo (with small delay valve).
Who knows what the ignition timing should be? I read a lot in the books but for this combination I cannot find the right timing anywhere. Should I go for best guess or can it be found in some overview?
Oh, and it has a single carburator but I might switch to a double in future.
Thanks for any advice!
Thom
