I've missed you all. I see new names, and love reading the new challenges.
Why was I gone so long? Well, my garage now has 4 cars in it. Yep, 4 (crazy). Here's the picture and I'm starting with the best first.
'79 99 GL / '87 Accord Hatchback LXi / '99 BMW 740il / '00 Acura RL
My wife started a flower business ...petalsbypatrice.co(m) - I'm redesigning the website now and mailing out 30% off announcements, which never expire. Send me your address' and we'll get send an announcment to you. She can have flowers delivered anywhere in the country, and doesn't markup like most florists.
We're helping a homeless lady we met and I'm thinking of giving her, for a nominal fee, the honda. Only have 2k in it, but runs great and get's 27mpg.
The '99 is still doing well. I think of selling it every now and then, then I go for a drive. Last night, my wife and I sat in the garage looking at the car and said we'd never sell that car because if we did we'd lose Doug and all of you here (we're sentimental).
I think my grease in my right front tri-pod cup has deteriorated and spitting grease out. Need to take it apart and repack. But it still feels good. My A-arm bushings are creaking like crazy too.
Next time I won't stay gone so long...
