Don't take it apart. They don't go back together well. You can remove the plunger I believe and following the advice Andy gave would probably be a good idea. The other option is to keep working on the injectors (or get new ones) and drive for a while with some fuel system cleaner in the system. After a tank of fuel you may see that everything has cleaned itself.
