I just finished installing the weber carb a few hours ago on my 1970 model 95. I bought Jack Ashcrafts kit (expensive) primarily to take the guess work out of rejetting and set up. I found the book to be near useless. I ended up taking off his linkage and using the FoMoCo linkage. I spent several hours at parts stores getting the parts I needed as well. Ashcraft's book instructs you to drill and tap a new hole for the PCV. I picked up a 90 degree elbow at my local Checkers auto and then replaced the PCV with a straight inline one that I picked off the rack. The harder part was finding an elbow for the Vacuum assist on the brakes. I ended up retapping the hole to match the elbow I found. Once all that was done, teh installation was pretty easy. Both of these interfere with the choke on the carb (mine turned out to be a 34 ICT). I'm still trying to work out the air filter housing, since the Weber doesn't have the center bolt. I had asked Jack when I ordered the kit about this and the PCV and was told it was either in the kit or not a problem. It's still a problem, and wasn't in the kit. If I were to do it again, I'd pick up a carb thorugh e-bay (I see them there frequently) and rejet myself. It isn't hard. It would add time, but save a lot of money. As it was I spent hours bouncing between auto parts and hardware. The actual installation didn't take a couple of easy hours
