A combination seems to have fixed it; regapped points and new plugs in #s 1&3. They looked lightly carbon fouled, but seemingly not enough to foul ém. And #s 2& 4 are fine. I'd only put 300 miles on the ones that went bad. Time to check the injectors? Tweak the air pressure sensor? The air-bypass/ warm up sensor is bunk so I'd plugged it while searching for a replacement, could that be a contributor? Kevin, you mentioned a month or so ago the propensity for fouled plugs, is that just a reality to flow with? Just took the orange bugger to Portland and it got about 22mpg. Seems indicators are all saying "running rich". Thanks for the help.
