Calling all experts (and everyone else!)

Insanity has set in deep. I bought a '70 model 95 in March, and just took delivery of a '69 and '71! The last 2 need some work, but what 30+ year old car doesn't. While driving them home I noticed some significant differences between the three cars.
1. The '69 is much faster than the '70 & '71. How can I tell if it has the larger engine. Could there be a difference in the tranny?
2. The '71 gear shift didn't move as far. The other 2 hit my leg when shifting. Is this a change or a wear/adjustment issue?
3. The '71 has much better brakes. (other 2 have lockheed masters)
4. The '71 has a deceleration valve where the '70 has a PCV valve, the '69 has neither.
I have no idea what I'm going to do with three '95s, but I figure they're getting pretty scarce, so I grabbed them. I'll probably take the strongest engine/tranny and put it into the '70, since it's in the best condition. I can probably make 2 good cars from the 3, but I'm not sure what I want to do at this point.
Anyone who knows where I can find out all the changes from each year, I'd appreciate it.
