My 99 did not have the holes for the steering wheel on the right side... I am pretty sure this job would be a huge PITA... Why would you want to convert a rare right hand drive to left anyway? Well, I suppose RHD 99s are only rare in the states. Anyway, I think if you had a complete donor car, you would only have to do a little cutting and welding. The whole dash would have to be replaced, not just the visible parts either- all of the underpinnings are different. Didnt the brake booster and master cylinder come on the right in RHD too? Well, good luck to you either way!
