Okay, since it seems to be Stroker Question Day, here's mine (I don't currently own a stroker but hope to correct that situation eventually!)...

Bruce (or other strokists) suppose you DO have to run your stroker at high sustained RPM for some reason -- say, you're moving it across country and need to drive on the Interstate. Would it help to add a little more oil to the mix? Or do you just have to cross your fingers and hope for the best?

(Back when I had my '63 I would pretty much drive it however I wanted and never had any problems other than the occasional fouled plug. But then, I was a carefree college student and had bought the car for $40 out of a farm lot in Comstock, Nebraska, so I didn't worry about it a lot! Wish I could find another one like that now...)
