3-cyl crank rebuild

Thanks to all who respond and give insight into caring for our old classics.
I have a '67 96 3-cyl which is actually a 750cc engine. Well, years ago the crank seized (middle rod-lower bearing) and it has been in parts since. No real fractures, (i.e. No thrown rod through the lower half of the block, which is typical)
I need to get this back on the road. I am looking for the rebuild specs to rebuild my crank. I have two extras to scavange from, and a good bearing source. I just don't have the specs. I'm also a poor and cheap , go figure.
Of course, The California crank rebuilder would always do it for me..., did I mention I was cheap? LOL
Any Help?
OK, I expect some good wisecracks too! - John
