Darren, two easy ways to go here: 1) There is certainly a filler hose from some other make and model of car that can be trimmed to fit. The problem is to find it. I would wander into the parts department of, say, a local Chevy dealer, old hose in hand, at a time when they are not busy, chat up the counterperson a bit and see if he/she will look through the filler hoses and see if there is something compatible. Aftermarket parts suppliers may not be too appropriate here because they carry few if any filler hoses, they are only rarely replaced so mostly only the dealers stock them. If your nipples are 1-3/8" OD, a hose 1/8" larger or smaller should be fine. 2) Straight lengths of filler hose are available in any diameter ant any good parts house. Get enough of the hose you need, and 4 hose clamps the right size, then go to a plumbing supply or home improvement store and get a copper pipe bend of the size that fits your hose to give the shape you want.
