I applaude your attitude toward intellectual property. As the Communications Director for a corporation I spend a good deal of time protecting our logos.
As I mentioned above, apparently Saab licenses the logo but I have no way to reproduce parts. On the vsaab site someone is making the front emblem for a Monte Carlo in a cloisonné-type process and you would have to walk up and touch the emblem to know it was metal and not plastic. I sent him an email message about doing the 96/99 front emblem but I never received an answer.
