Just found the aluminium air cleaner spacer for my Weber 34 ICH. The inner diameter of the spacer is 52mm, so if you do not use the spacer, you'll want a filter with a flange diameter of ~52mm.
The RC-2440 has a 51mm flange diameter (which will stretch enough to work), and probably provide a more secure - and more airtight - seal than a filter with a 52mm flange diameter. K&N offers several filters with the 52mm size.
I've sorted and filtered the following data from the K&N website, eliminating a) the wrong flange diameter, b) the probably too small (filter outside diameter < 4") and c) the probably too tall (length > 3"). Feel free to review the K&N website if you want to find a taller or smaller filter.
There are differences between filters in this list that appear similar. For example, the first three 52mm filters listed differ in top style (metal or rubber) and flange offset.

If you want to use the flange, the diameter is 58mm. K&N doesn't list any filters with a 58mm flange diameters, so I suppose they expect you to stretch a 57mm filter.
