The standard 80 series 155 tire has a sidewall height of 124 mm.
A 70 series 175 tire has a sidewall height of 122.5
A 65 series 185 tire has a sidewall height of 120.25
A 65 series 175 tire has a sidewall height of 113.75
The 175/65 may fit, but a 175/70 (or 185/65) would be a better fit with less speedometer differential when installed.
