If you are doing a full rebuild you will also need to have the cylinders checked and either honed or bored depending on their condition. If they have to be bored then you will need oversized pistons. Again, your machine shop will tell you what they had to do and what oversize they had to bore to before you buy pistons.
This is also a good time to have the block boiled out and have the machine shop press in new cam and balance shaft bearings and do any other machining (surfacing, etc.) that needs to be done while they have the block.
