I'd check for an idle speed motor. I'm more familiar with 2 stroke Saabs but most newer fuel injected engines use a small stepper motor in the throttle body area to constantly trim the vacuum and keep the idle speed steady. These can get sooted up with carbon, etc from oil blow-by and not operate correctly.
