V-4 flywheel step height

The clutch on my '69 95 wagon was replaced last year with a new F&S unit and has begun to
slip on acceleration after only 3-4000 miles. It is correctly adjusted.
One of the possible causes for failure of this type is an incorrectly
machined flywheel with the wrong step height.
This number is very hard to come by. I have finally obtained a spec
from one source, an engine rebuilder's tech bulletin, of 0.656" which
translates to 16.66mm for the metrically inclined. The flywheel was
surfaced before I had this spec so I will not know its measurement until
I pull the clutch. Knowing how often wrong information is published, I
would be glad to have indepent confirmation of this figure from some
source closer to the manufacturer, to be sure I get it right this time.
My machine shop has no spec nor clue where to find one. Thanks for
any help. K
